Description

Riccolina – or Ricciolini – is a ribbony pasta with a wavy edge, similar to the edge of a lasagna noodle. The pasta is produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina, processed using artisan methods, bronze-drawn, and dried at low temperature. It contains a greater quantity of wheat germ and fiber than other whole wheat versions.

With an amazing, one-of-a-kind wheat flavor and nutty fragrance, Riccolina is ideal served with very simple sauces – particularly with uncooked or sautéed veggies such as a drizzle of oil and a diced fresh tomato.

Contains: Organic durum wheat semolina, water, organic wheat germ, and organic soft wheat bran. May contain traces of eggs, fish, mollusks, soy, and mustard. Contains wheat.
