Description

Linguine is a type of pasta that originated in the Liguria region of northwestern Italy. The name linguine translates as “little tongues,” referring to the pasta’s thin, slightly elliptical shape. Linguine is wider than spaghetti but narrower than fettuccine.

This pasta releases the rich, distinctive fragrance of garlic along with the scent of fresh basil and wheat germ during cooking. It’s great for serving with simple light olive oil-based sauces.
