Pasta Marella is entirely family run, a few kilometers away from Bari, Italy. They produce traditional Apulian hand-made and bronze die extruded pastas using only local durum wheat semolina and other ingredients, and dried at low temperatures. The resulting product has a wonderful aroma and texture superior to other small produced pastas.

Orecchette (meaning “little ears”) are handmade by rolling small pieces of dough with the thumb. The various doughs used to produce these are infused with several spices and vegetables.

Ingredients: organic duram wheat, water, beetroot, paprika, turmeric, and spinach, squid ink, spirulina algae. Contains: Gluten. May contain traces of eggs and shellfish.
