It s wonderful in just about every baked good including cookies, cakes, fillings, and frostings. We also love to use it to make maple ice cream. Try substituting a bit of Maple Extract for Vanilla Extract in recipes. Add a bit to your pancake or waffle batter for an extra kick of maple flavor. It s also great for savory applications like baked beans and glazes for pork dishes – especially ham!
